Real Rustic Wedding - Jaime & Eric
09 Jan, 2017
Jaime & Eric were married at the Lomas Santa Fe Country Club in Solana Beach, California on July 30, 2016.
Brides and grooms love rustic wedding decor because it adds so much texture and romance to their wedding day. The typical venue for a rustic wedding is a barn, woodland area, or private ranch, but with a little effort and planning, you can even turn a country club into a rustic wedding of your dreams.
The bride and groom's ceremony featured a wooden arch draped with white gauze fabric and plenty of flowers set against the green hills of the San Diego golf course. Loma Sante Fe Country Club has beautiful Spanish tiles and wood beams in the ballroom, which also complimented the wedding style.
The groomsmen wore blue suits paired with long ivory ties to keep their look neutral next to the bridesmaids, who were in pale pink chiffon gowns. The groom made his look slightly different than the groomsmen by wearing a bow tie. Blue suits can look very different in various lighting: navy when indoors or in darker lighting, and bright blue out in the sun.
The bride’s gown had a lace and beaded bodice with a flowing chiffon skirt and a taupe belt with crystal details and a whimsical flair. The blush-pink and lilac flowers were so elegant for this neutral color scheme wedding.
The reception decor really brought the theme full circle with the natural wood tables, gold cutlery, and wood plank backdrop with a vintage couch.
